Terms of service

BoselliArt’s Shopify storefront is an online gallery and discovery catalog for hand-painted oil paintings and custom commissions. Shopify hosts this storefront. Purchases are completed separately on Etsy; this storefront does not accept payment or place orders.

When you follow a product link to Etsy, review the listing, seller information, price, availability, shipping details and policies shown there before ordering. Any sale is completed on Etsy and is subject to the terms displayed by Etsy and the seller for that listing, together with applicable law. Etsy operates independently of this storefront and its own terms and privacy information apply when you use Etsy.

We aim to present artwork information clearly, but listing details may change. Please rely on the current Etsy listing for the details that apply to a purchase. Do not misuse this storefront or reproduce its content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Questions about this gallery or a custom commission may be sent through the Contact Us page.
